Our Training Services
Private & Group Performance Coaching
Includes 1-on-1 private coaching, small group training, team training for schools/studios, guest teaching, master classes, workshops, intensives, and camps. Focus is on individualized correction, structured development, and competitive readiness across athletes and dancers.
Dance Performance & Choreography Development
Covers dance technique training, routine cleaning, choreography creation for competitions, performances, and auditions, as well as audition and competition preparation. Emphasizes precision, execution, and performance quality.
Strength, Conditioning & Mental Performance Training
Includes strength and conditioning, multi-sport athletic performance training, personal training (strength, cardio, conditioning), and mindset/performance coaching. Focuses on building power, control, discipline, and mental toughness for peak athletic output.
